Can I fill out a PDF that has no form fields?
Yes. You can place text anywhere on the page, so scanned forms and flat PDFs work too.
Is this a legally qualified electronic signature?
No. It places a visual signature on the page, which is fine for most everyday paperwork. Documents that legally require a qualified electronic signature need a certified signing service.
Is my signature stored anywhere?
No. It only exists in your browser until you close or reload the page.
Can I move things after placing them?
Yes. Drag any entry to move it, drag the corner of a signature or image to resize it, and use ✕ to delete it.
Is it really free and private?
Yes. The tool runs entirely in your browser, so your files are never uploaded. A small optional tip (1€, plus 1€ per 100 processed pages) is only a suggestion.
Does it work offline?
Yes. After the first visit the tools are cached by your browser and keep working without an internet connection.
